Working in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industry of Northern and Southern California. Worked closely with General Partners and Managing Directors at several of the leading Venture Capital funds in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Silicon Valley. Led teams of 2-8 staff and actively managed multiple hundred thousand dollar projects.

Served as commanding officer in charge of a 500-man unit specializing in amphibious tanks. Conducted training missions, support operations, and managed all administration for the parent company. Responsible for weapons and equipment worth approximately $95 million and all related repair and maintenance. Hand selected by the Colonel for this leadership position out of more than 40 peers.• Successfully accomplished over 35 training exercises with a 100% success rate.• Achieved a 98% pass rate on Commanding General's Inspection program.

Overseas: Worked directly with the Iraqi Army in Basrah, Iraq to assist in development of independence of their forces. Coordinated information between multiple intelligence agencies, using both technologically advanced capabilities and personal, human networking to pursue high value targets such as terrorists and their support networks.• Teamed with an Iraqi Colonel from Saddam's regime; collected and shared intelligence to drive counterinsurgency operations.• Used collaborative and cutting edge intelligence which led to the arrest of over 65 criminals and terrorists.• Learned Arabic and became a leading expert in the culture and demographic of Southern Iraq circa 2009.Stateside: Monitored current world events and provided classified and open-source briefings to the unit commander and staff on a weekly basis. Supervised the intelligence training and education of approximately 1,500 Marines and managed $80,000 in equipment along with 350 Marines’ security clearances. Led teams from the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force, Singaporean Armed Forces, Indian Army, and the United States Navy.
