It manages complex risk and compliance requirements without the intervention of the firms IT support team. I joined as Commercial Director and also made an investment in the business. My role includes the management of commercial and business development with a focus on financial services in Ireland and the UK, and the design and delivery of risk and compliance monitoring solutions into these sectors. Responsibilities also include strategic planning, corporate messaging, product development, implementing management process, and pricing, developing key industry partnerships.Key Achievements; Delivered initial wins to become the leading supplier or risk and compliance software in the Credit Union sector in Ireland delivering robust recurring revenue streams, delivery of key industry partner agreements and initial client engagements into the investment management and local government markets.
