Starting as a sales representative in Houston, Texas to his last role as Vice President, Strategic Relationships - Business Development Group based in Dallas, Paul worked with a team of colleagues to bring education solutions to principals, district administrators, superintendents and community stakeholders. He connected sales professionals, regional sales managers and company executives with clients to produce win-win outcomes. A quality education for all students was the primary objective.As an experienced professional, he worked with large city school systems across the United States. His focus was in the areas of teaching and learning through providing quality content (print and technology) to achieve student success. Instructional and technology initiatives, intervention, English language learners, early childhood, assessments, school turnaround, and professional development were key areas of work.
