A dynamic, proactive and forward thinking Senior Engineering Manager, Digital and Cyberspace professional. With a career spanning over 27 years in the Royal Air Force, I have amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge and proven to be capable of effectively leading and managing, often through significant change, a large and diverse team of multi-disciplined engineers . I can comfortably operate under pressure and in difficult environments to solve complex problems; meet rapidly evolving requirements; and develop and deliver engineering solutions at pace and with agility. With substantial experience in military operational planning and cleared to the highest Government standards, I have a proven track-record of being able to manage risk; work with ambiguity to produce effective plans and provide clear direction; and make difficult, often time critical, decisions. I leave the Royal Air Force in September 2024 and will be seeking new and challenging opportunities, inside or outside of the Defence industry, to use my skillset and experience to add value to the industry in which I am next employed.
