My role has evolved since joining Communisis Brand Deployment Drop Team into an Operations Lead role.My current assignment is Bacardi Client Lead managing £10m across nine pan-European markets. Previous to this my assignment was as Account Director on Sony account and previous to that Account Director on P&G DACH.As a member of the Communisis Brand Deployment Managed Services Drop Team my skills are varied and broad. I enjoy being flexible and am able to change “hats” quickly to suit the needs of the business and most importantly our clients. When we won the SIM pack business I was integral in the sourcing operation, auditing the incumbent supplier base, reviewing potential suppliers and successfully transitioning the work to Xerox suppliers, delivering cost savings, increased efficiencies and reduced lead times. I am responsible for capacity planning, day-to-day production with outsource partners and reporting for all UK production ensuring SIM packs are delivered on schedule. I provide consultation and advice to Vodafone marketing and their agencies on design and production of the packs to ensure the pack is suitably designed for cost effective print production. I am currently involved in a project to automate the fulfilment operation to simplify the process, drive increased efficiency and cost savings. I liaise and provide general advice to the marketing agencies regarding creative changes, campaign launches and scheduling production of new designs. Delivery management to Vodafone’s distribution hub in Nuneaton in accordance with their strict inbound process. SIMs are critical to Vodafone’s business, no SIMs in phones means no calls are made which means no revenue. Therefore meeting demand is critical.Vodafone Free Standing Display Units (FSDU): 3D Retail POS to display a range of handsets and accessories. Attention to detail - white prototypes are critical to inspect the product fits securely and the unit is stable for in store.Vodafone Silent Salesmen: 2D Retail POS informing shoppers of handset information and pricing.Vodafone Sales Academy – Vodafone Way of Selling: Translation and production of multi-language version documents distributed globally.Vodafone Media Inserts & Door Drops.Procter & Gamble – 3D Retail POS - Netherlands. Secondment to support for 3 months. Attention to detail - white prototypes were critical here to inspect the product fitted securely and the unit was stable for in store.
