As a founder and CTO of Filter and PersonalizeWP, I have been solving digital challenges for ambitious organizations for over seven years. I have a passion for creating elegant and simple solutions that deliver change effectively and with minimal fuss. At Filter, we work with clients such as JD Wetherspoon, Medivet, Alter Domus, Home Protect working on projects ranging from employee engagement to multilingual content management, membership sites and e-commerce. We are a Strategic Partner at WP Engine as well as their EMEA Partner of the Year and also a WordPress VIP partner. PersonalizeWP is our own WordPress plugin and designed to be the easiest way to personalize content on your WordPress website using the Block Editor. It offers features such as visitor profiles, segmentation, lead scoring, and custom personalization rules. I am also an advisor at the Inside Out Community, where I provide knowledge, experience, and advice to in-house creative leaders from a digital standpoint.
