In this position, I was responsible for the improvement of operational workflows from the acceptance of an RFP to the sending of a wrap-up deck. I specialized in the implementation of new processes that assisted in meeting larger business goals; ranging from margin improvement to enforcing sales standards to setting how the company addressed industry challenges (viewability, ad fraud, etc.). In this position, I oversaw Crowd Ignite, which is a content and audience marketing platform that surfaces up the most popular content across contextually similar sites. Crowd Ignite makes over 3 billion content recommendations monthly through advanced algorithms to increase audience engagement. Think of it as a link exchange on steroids.
