After 8 years of working in Architecture and retail design, I am thrilled to announce that I was offered and accepted a new position as Project Manager at Archirpel 41.

• Assessed detailed design objectives and constraints of 10+ various projects (residential, hotels and sports facilities)• Implemented aesthetic products and materials (exterior/interior) by collaborating with multi-national suppliers • Developed project scope within budget using estimated techniques, bill of materials and bill of quantities• Incorporated project schedules based on timeline, scope, and resource plan in order to meet deadlines• Coordinated cross functional design departments consisting of multiple engineers (structure, MEP and QS) and created the work breakdown structure with the team by deconstructing the scope • Prepared building documents and shop drawings for exterior and interior specifications• Supervised construction processes and conducted daily inspections to solve on-site problems with suppliers and authorities• Prepared material boards and checked as built drawings in order to meet standards and to ensure quality of final products• Determined compliance with 3 different authorities (Municipalities, Order of Engineers and Architects, and Urban organization) and managed to obtain 5+ building permits
