Key roles include; client and contract management, identifying and mitigating key risks and addressing issues as they arise, delivering the minor new works programme, providing direction and leadership to various civilian contractors, including Interserve Defence Limited. • Lead Project Manager for a £65M community centre project, including 86 Accommodation flats, ensuring the development was delivered on time and to the agreed budget. Acted as a conduit between the Government of Gibraltar (Project Executive Group) and other key project stakeholders and up to 5 project managers, as well as ensuring that the Principal Contractor is delivering the project to the agreed design and the client’s works information, continuously resolving conflicts between stakeholders and contractor(s). • Responsible for the development and implementation of the Annual Budgetary Cycle document, along with the annual Capital and Operational Expenditure Limits totalling in excess of £8m. Key roles included; coordination of designers, contractors and technicians, also leading project specific and strategic risk workshops along with the management of key stakeholders during the delivery of each scheme. This encompassed the management of over 50 staff, delivering daily / weekly team meetings as well as the management of individual training plans ensuring that each individual were sufficiently trained and qualified, prior to deployment.
