As the President of Alinsco, I had the privilege of forming and launching the Alinsco Insurance Company for the Boenker Group of Companies. This company represented a significant nonstandard auto program in Texas, and I am proud to have been a part of its initial success.During my tenure as CEO of Alinsco Re, I focused on developing the company into a regional boutique reinsurance brokerage firm. By creating innovative reinsurance solutions for multiple personal automobile programs, I was able to enhance Alinsco's catastrophe reinsurance program through multiple London markets. These efforts helped to strengthen the company's position in the market and allowed us to better serve our clients.

During my tenure at Hallmark, I led a focused turn-around strategy that involved eliminating unprofitable programs while growing profitable lines of business in key geographic areas. This strategy included a revitalization of IT, Product, and Claims departments. As a result of these efforts, I was able to reduce the combined ratio by over 30% and return the unit to profitability.The lines of business that we focused on included personal auto, homeowners, renters, commercial auto, and motorcycle in over 25 states. Key states that were central to our strategy included Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Paragon was a Texas MGA focused on Personal Auto and Homeowners in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. Paragon merged with Imperial Fire and Casualty in 2003.

A very interesting 11 month ride in the "dotcom" revolution. Years of stories in this 11 months, but a learning adventure nonetheless.
