Unfortunately, too many times, companies latch on to the “shiny objects” that comprise technology, eschewing what really works. While I am eager to try something new, I know that tried-and-true approaches are sometimes best, so I use a blend of old and new to deliver results, consistently creating opportunities to lead the competition.While being able to tout my ability to deliver exponential revenue through digital technology, success is about more than just dollars. Success is about the people on the team, and I have built and developed global teams who continue to push the envelope. I am a passionate educator and supporter of my people, running my departments as a business in and of themselves. I lift up the people around me and provide them with the tools they need to soar.SOMETHING PERSONALWhile I have a passion for work, it’s my down time that helps to keep me sane and energize me so I’m always at my best. Each year, I take a reset trip where I go away for three weeks to learn something new or explore a new place. This is a time that is sacred for me and has nothing to do with work. I am nonstop curious, and I love feeding that curiosity through these regular sabbaticals as well as always reading and learning.
