Motivated by exceptional executive leadership that grows individuals and businesses, I am a highly respected Non-Executive Director, CEO, CFO, Independent Board Advisor and Executive Coach in the private, public and not for profit sectors.My experience spans financial services, real estate, higher education and utilities, leading large organisations through significant cultural change, major business process enhancements and transformational projects. Previous roles include CFO at Emergency Services and State Super and Places Victoria; and Non-Executive Directorships at Equip Super and Table Tennis Victoria.In 2022, I helped establish the Quinn Johansson Family Office where I currently serve as CEO on a part-time basis, implementing 'fit for purpose' governance structures and strategies to preserve and grow the significant 1st generation wealth built from the Quintessential Equity business.I am Advisory Board Chair for Executive Interim Management, an Independent Board Advisor to Ark Capital Funds Limited and a Director of Peak Executive Coaching.Through Peak Executive Coaching, I pursue my passion for exceptional corporate leadership and personal development providing executive coaching to high potential senior managers, C-Suite executives, and business owners.
