About Paul Healy

I work as a business consultant in the technology sector, and in corporate learning and development. This work has focused on applying blended learning approaches towards creating business outcomes for organizations such as Google, Dell and Microsoft, and Page. Page (formally the Arthur W. Page Society), the global professional association for corporate chief communications officers, is a good example of what I do. I was engaged to develop the business case and strategy for its Learning Academy, and stayed on to launch it under the brand "the Learning Lab". In my consultancy role I am one of a three person consultancy that applies the methodology of product design sprints to decision support, under the brand Get Real (www.getreal.ie).------------------------------ I also teach Leadership, Management, and Communications Skills to technical people.------------------------------I am the cofounder and general manager of Fantom, the digital collecting experts, with more than ten years experience applying digital in food retail and FMCG sales promotion. Fantom is a global supplier of technology and services for digital sales and marketing promotions. We help marketing agencies, retailers, FMCG brands and sports properties to promote to consumers and fans, using the power of digital collecting.------------------------------I am an Accredited Member of the Association of Facilitators, with a particular interest in underperforming teams, conflict resolution, and support to founders in start-up businesses.------------------------------I am a board member on the board of the Verbal Arts Centre, a charity using story-telling to improve well-being and mental health. It's vision is a world in which everyone's story matters.
