I work as a business consultant in the technology sector, and in corporate learning and development. My role officially finished May 31st but I stayed on to help the transition of the business into a more generic political website, which was relaunched as www.icitizen.ie in 2010.
I was the operations director and co-founder (50% shareholder) of GP Media Ltd, an on-line media start-up that owns the website www.jobfinder.ie. Post-sale I led the transfer of the JobFinder business to StepStone, handling the change management issues for the staff, and the product and database migrations. I then assumed a European corporate role as programme manager for the pan-European StepStone Internet programme.
