In the past two years, Paul has led the development of Esprit, an assisted living facility in Omaha, Nebraska, a Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota, an oil-field housing development in McKenzie County, North Dakota, and luxury apartment complexes in Minot and Watford City, North Dakota.Paul is responsible for oversight of hospitality management, commercial property management, asset management, commercial brokerage, development and Esprit Memory Care residential facilities. He is also involved in the ownership and oversight of six John Deere Dealerships, the ownership and management of commercial real estate investment properties and the daily oversight of family trusts.​
