    This relationship began with an intensive 2-week assessment with a colleague to determine if AIMIA was ready for a large scale transformation or a smaller adoption of Agile. They agreed to do the former. So I have been focused on training all of the connected staff. Also I have worked with 2 teams to coach them for at 12 iterations. One unique thing that we did at AIMIA is to have a one- day event where the staff was able to choose their teams based on pitches by the leadership. This allowed those staff to be part of a self-organizing from the beginning. Plus I am continuing to work with the leadership and the internal coaches to build up internal capacity so that they can continue when I am no longer there. This coaching and consulting relationship lasted years.
