I led the horizontal pumping business in Ecuador, Colombia and Peru. The increase on the demand of Horizontal Pumping Systems required the implementation of a systematic process to improve the response for delivering efficient pumps to manage the upstream fluid processing to enhance hydrocarbon recovery. I implemented those process ensuring the delivery of the best and cost effective solutions to my customers.

I managed the SAP enterprise and new business processes implementation in Egypt, Kuwait and Qatar.Planed and coordinated activities with a multidisciplinary team around the world to ensure no disruption in the day-to-day operations of the NME area.

I had the responsibility of implementing the new way to work in California Basin, ensuring 9 operational segments, 5 functions and R&E organizations, with over 500 employees in the Basin adopting the new processes and methodologies in the most efficient and sustainable order.

I kept a flawless Health, Safety and Environment performance, leading 9 operational segments at the California state. During my time as QHSE manager I worked to develop and implement safety programs to reduce and control risks at the workplace, ensured full compliance to the California Environmental regulations, and delivered outstanding safety results to customers such as: Chevron, CRC, AERA.

As Rockies Segment Division Manager, I was responsible for the operation of 5 districts located in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and North Dakota with over 400 employees. I developed commercial strategies to provide the best value proposals to our customers and, based on our service delivery, increased my company's market share in the fracking environment.

I Managed the electric logs and perforating operations in Ecuador, with a revenue and profitability growth of 20% YoY in a volatile business environment. Assets management and resources planning were key to cover the ramp up on activity.I also contributed to providing a safe work environment and to maintaining a motivated workforce in order to provide the best service and outperform our competitors.

As recruiter I designed and implemented the recruiting strategy to bring the best talents to Schlumberger MCA.I had the responsibility of implementing strategies in UNAM to attract their best talents and increase a long term pipeline.

I managed the logging and perforating operation at the Burgos Basin. The main work scope was:Employee ManagementLogistic Organization Service Quality ControlAsset ManagementFinancial ControlHandling 6 Open Hole units and 4 Case hole units, working in a direct relation with clients such as:PEMEX, PTD, MPG, IPMFacing high and low volume operations with the ability to maintain High Employee Morale and a Worth Financial results.

I managed Wireline operation for the first integrated service project world wide. (Burgos IV and V project). The project got the President Golden award for superior performance.
