As Executive Vice President and head of the Brownfield Redevelopment Group for GTA, Mr. Hayden works with clients to facilitate the voluntary cleanup process in conjunction with regulatory agencies to complete the redevelopment of Brownfield and in-fill sites. Mr. Hayden provides these services to clientsthroughout Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Mr. Hayden has presented his project experience at numerous local and national Brownfield conferences and seminars.In conjunction with Brownfield redevelopment, Mr. Hayden hasperformed and managed numerous environmental site assessments and remediation projects (Phases I, II, and III) and has managed investigations at leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, hazardous waste sites, manufactured gas plants, solid waste facilities, and petroleum spill sites.Specialties: Specifically Mr. Hayden’s experience includes site investigations; installation of monitoring, recovery, and supply wells; collecting groundwater, soil, and vapor samples for laboratory analysis; evaluating monitoring and supply well data, and preparing reports for the client and regulatory agencies. He has more than 14 years of experience in this field, including an extensive background in federal and state regulations(MD, DE, PA, NJ, VA, WV) pertaining to voluntary cleanup programs.
