Only those matching our strong criteria are selected to represent us. Once on our books, we do everything to ensure our staff continue to represent us in the way we value. Through an extensive variety of CPD we ensure our teachers learning and understanding of school issues are ‘current’. We also secure buy in from our teachers through regular social events and an unparalleled level of loyalty schemes.
