My primary responsibility within this role for Communisis was to ensure the successful delivery of change to the document composition systems. My key responsibility was for project delivery, P&L management, recruiting, mentoring and managing the transactional document composition team and applying new processes, which included the analysis and design of document solutions.Setting up the business process and procedures required for a successful change management process, which ensure the stability of the live systems.Client relations and supplier management were integral to the role.
