Nordson Corporation is a large Cleveland based company that specializes in the "precision application of materials". Whether that was glue for a label or box, the liner in a soup can or powder paint application - Nordson is very good at it. As the Regional Sales Manager for Canada Powder Systems Group I was responsible for equipment sales and service of powder and liquid coating systems coast to coast, for direct sales and service staff hiring and training, distributor management, direct sales, managing the Canadian lab and budgets for the whole division.

My focus was on growing powder paint application equipment sales to the manufacturing industry initially in south western Ontario, and eventually all across Ontario. My clients ranged from small powder paint applicators to some of worlds best known brands of metal goods. I was able to exceed sales budgets year over year and delivered some of the largest single unit sales in the company over that time period.
