Paul has a demonstrated track record, exceeding revenue and EBITDA expectations, while containing operating costs and building a healthy culture. Before starting his Coaching practice, he was CEO of AirTech, Inc., a $95M revenue business operating special mission surveillance aircraft in support of government missions. Paul was appointed CEO develop a Strategic Plan for growth and implement robust and mature processes and practices to create a repeatable, sustainable business environment. Prior to that, Paul served as the Vice President of Government Solutions at Bristow Group, where he created and implemented a new business diversification strategy, generating a $1.5B revenue pipeline.Earlier in his career, Mr. Mueller served as the Vice President for a $900M revenue division of Raytheon. He realigned and restructured the division, simultaneously reducing operating costs by 20% while increasing revenue by over 30% and operating margin by 40% in 24 months. Prior to Raytheon, Paul served as Vice President and General Manager of a Division of ITT Electronic Systems. In this position, he refocused and restructured the $65M revenue company and grew the business to $750M revenue with 30% operating margin.Paul started his career as a U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Officer, where he learned his team building and leadership skills, which are a cornerstone of his success.
