Partnered across various loan servicing departments to identify and assess processes, risks, and controls, ensuring accuracy and reducing operational risk. Developed an Investor Index database to anchor risk records for all of Home Lending Servicing to FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA and USDA rules, improving data accuracy, reporting, and compliance. Utilized several risk systems and tools including SHRP, IRAD, Tableau, iGrafx, and major requirement reporting.

Created, implemented, and maintained an attribute-to-procedure matrix used across multiple departments to effectively link quality assurance findings to policies and procedures. Performed ongoing quality reviews of processes spanning across 7 functions to ensure adherence to investor rules, policies, and procedures. Collaborated closely with business process, operational risk management and root cause analysis teams, providing operational support and playing a key role in driving improvement initiatives.
