Engaged in the well-being of Soldiers and their Families while deployed and at home.307th: Commander of a 614 Soldier modular combat airborne Engineer Battalion, within XVIII Airborne Corps, consisting of: two equipment support companies, two sapper companies, one forward support company, and the headquarters company. Responsible for all training to maintain a high state of readiness to deploy on order, by forced entry means anywhere in the world to support all contingency missions. Responsibilities included ensuring companies were capable of executing all facets of engineering operations in support of light, mechanized and special operation forces. Responsible for the maintenance and readiness of over 400 reportable lines of equipment valued at over 250 million dollars. Also responsible for the welfare of all paratroopers and their families by maintaining an active family readiness program.

Synchronizes the effort of all engineer and construction operations throughout the area of operations and in support of every multinational division (MND).
