Senior Director Of Community Programs
CurrentThe Senior Director of Community Programs is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Sound Community Services' multiple residential and social rehabilitation programs to ensure the highest quality of care and compliance with agency and state standards. The Senior Director oversees key areas such as staff supervision, program compliance, fiscal management, and facility upkeep, collaborating with program leaders to deliver innovative services and exceed client expectations. In addition to program management, the Senior Director works closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the Clinical Director of Community Programs, Outpatient Services, and community agencies like DMHAS and SMHA, to ensure effective clinical and operational processes, risk management, and resource utilization. This includes monitoring program census, productivity, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while implementing best practices in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge planning. The Senior Director also facilitates staff development through training, performance feedback, and EHR system support, reinforcing a collaborative environment that promotes client independence, growth, and recovery aligned with the agency’s mission and values.Sound Community Services, Inc.
