As a project manager at Waag Society I'm managing social innovation projects in the field of health care, education and societal issues. In most of my projects I operate within broad national and international consortia, cooperating with universities, municipalities, subject matter experts and commercial partners. Internally I work in close cooperation with a program manager, to ensure the setting, content and deliverables of the project. The project teams are always multidisciplinary, including researchers, software developers, concept developers and designers, ranging from three to ten people.Working with multidisciplinary teams is inspiring and I believe fostering team members is one of the keys to be successful, together with excellent expectations management. Providing a clear framework, close cooperation with the programme manager and continuous coordination with partners contributes to my track record regarding deliverance in time and budget. Furthermore, I'm involved to market our know-how and prototypes.My responsibilities are:- support the project teams- accomplish the project results and goals- monitor the budget and deliver financial reports- communicate with partners and commissioning companies- plan resources- deploy management tools- business modelling and acquisition.

Developing training modules and teaching educational specialists and trainers of the Royal Netherlands Army and Royal Netherlands Navy. Advising and supporting the implementation of an innovative training methodology within the Royal Netherlands Army.Advising a non-profit organisation on the use of interactive programs for children in slums in India. Goal of the program was to learn English.Project management for multiple projects, varying in duration from six months to four years.

Development and implementation of creative learning solutions, aimed to improve the quality of education and training. Consultant specialising in E-learning and computer based training.My responsibilities were:- development of digital learning materials and educational models, in cooperation with subject matter experts- consultancy for educational publishers and private companies regarding the implementation of E-learning- develop functional specifications for E-learning modules, computer based training and simulation- teaching and counselling teachers, instructors and educational developers.
