I am in charge of consulting and engineering services and new innovations at Cleopa GmbH. New innovations and RDI are my focus point. My responsibilities were related to development of new services & project management - such as Code Academy for international talents & industrial companies in 2021, IoT & Embedded Systems Academy 2022, Cybersecurity Academy 2022. Building the concept for Industry4.0 new service line and committing new customers for this concept was substantial part of my work for 2021-2022. I combined industrial and green transition with existing services, creating new service concept that expanded our business. We got new customers from industrial sector and the concept was developed further and also to new areas in the later years. Having a great team to support this - especially Miikka Enbuske, Harri Schroderus, Heidi Huhtala and Niina Heikkinen as well as full support from CEO Mirja Hosionaho- made this possible. For industry 4.0 and twin transition service concept I was in charge of the product management from ideation, stakeholder management, market research to launch and execution as well as further development after pilot phase. Attracting the first customers, including leading industrial players and tech startups, and being responsible for their accounts was part of my role . I joined the scaleup phase as this service was expanded to other regions providing insights related to automation and other fields. Planning the trainings related and finding the best teachers with the needed industy expertise was also part of my role. The industry 4.0 service concept was grown into profitable business that had substantial role in companies overall product portfolio.Project management, consulting in IT & industrial companies as well as public sector projects were something I was focusing as well. Also projects related to RDI & new tech competences etc. were part of my responsibilities.

I was responsible for OL3 work packages related to Areva/Siemens and subcontractors . My work also included project management, purchase process etc in SAP ERP & BI

When working for Oy KWH Pipe Ab my responsibilities were linked to infrastructure projects in Sweden, Denmark, Estonia and Russia (sales, coordination of processes with production, logistics). ERP, financial administration and handling of purchase processes were part of my work as well. (Later KWH Pipe fusioned with Uponor Infra )
