Organization of foreign exchange of students and university staff, organization of didactic classes for students and staff from abroad, keeping program documentation, reporting, program budget, habits and non-standard maintenance with universities, partners abroad, promotion of the program of students and university staff, raising funds for mobility for University students and staff as well as cooperation projects for innovation and exchange of internships.

-participation in creating Sales Support department in Olympus Business Center. - Participation in the transition- Checking sales order processing in SAP and intervening if not automatically processed. - Managing material availability for customer orders. - Prioritizing of product allocation for countries or customers in case of product shortage. - Accelerating the supply chain processes for priority orders. - Coordinating special requests on shipment handling. - Coordinating the return management from subsidiary to warehouse. - Setting quality blocks in SAP and triggering stakeholders. - Intercompany sales price maintenance. - Discount management for intercompany sales on specific discount.

As a tour leader I have been leading groups around Europe, serving all customer needs. I’m responsible for giving an introduction about the relevant region. I’m taking care of administration of the documents, accounting and different services. I’m also responsible for making program itineraries and organizing programs.

My responsibilities were taking care of people with various disabilities during day and night and organizing programs for them.
