Recently my experience, strong customer-orientation and creativity lead me to my current role of Customer Experience Strategist, where I’m responsible for optimising processes of Marketing, Delivery and Sales teams, ensuring our work is efficient in supporting not only business growth, but also customer satisfaction.

Before switching to CX role full-time, I was responsbile for coordinating and participating in marketing endeavours within AS; I led the team meetings, designed & tracked the content roadmap, contributed creatively & strategically to marketing efforts (company podcast, partnership series interviews, newsletters), helped building ICP & customer persona profiles (based on “project outcomes” - onsite interviews that I personally conducted with clients in a span of few months), and more.

In the year of 2021-2022, aside from my PM duties, I was responsbile for leading & coordinating events of the internal group dedicated to developing leadership & soft skills. The group (originally created with team leads in mind) ended up gathering almost 60 members.I was responsible for both mentoring the group (conducting workshops, facilitating discussions) as well as organising training with external parties. Overall I managed to organize ~30 internal meetups & workshops with professionals in a span of 10 months, co-financed with EU grants which I coordinated as well.

Miquido is an award-winning (2018 Google Android Certified Agency & Deloitte Technology Fast 50 CE) mobile and web development company, where I did my part as an Agile Project Manager.My responsibilities and contributions included (but were not limited to):— Coordinating cross-functional team of developers - day-to-day progress monitoring, risk and change management; ensuring maximum performance of the team, refining culture and providing direction;— Holding a Scrum Master/Proxy-Product Owner role within the Scrum Team - supporting the PO in backlog management, scope definition and requirements’ prioritization, sprint/release planning and tracking, facilitating communication between remotely distributed development teams (both internal and external) and supporting them with clearing out the impediments;— Analyzing and translating clients’ business requirements - balancing out technical aspects with business objectives, building and maintaining a long-term relationship;— Streamlining internal processes - always seeking ways to tweak and improve the status quo (on a team and a company level).Miquido has been selected be the biggest brands, to name a few: Skyscanner, Abbey Road Studios, Nestle, Play, Empik, Herbalife, Aviva, HelloFresh, TUI.

In 2017 I’ve developed a startup concept called Workee - a smart office/indoor navigation mobile app with use of IoT technology (beacons). The concept won the Creative Labs acceleration program support and the third place in Cracow’s pitching contest Pitching Fight Club, organised by Krakow’s Technology Incubator (Inkubator Technologiczny w Krakowie). I got the app further to the prototyping stage, also as a part of my university project (written in Java). Later on, I decided to drop the project, due to a personal focus shift at the time.This experience gave me not only a full product ownership experience, but also a great insight into a startup and investor community (not to mention it was extremely fun and allowed me to express myself creatively).

Admind is a leading branding&communications agency in Poland, where I contributed as a project manager/graphic designer.My responsibilites included, among others:— taking in requests, conducting projects from end to end - preparing estimates, creating projects' backlog, prioritizing tasks and scheduling;— managing a team of designers - overall coordination and supervision;— encouraging an agile way of working, ensuring lean practices are adhered to;— establishing relationships with business partners - taking care of client communication, providing a comprehensive support on brand and software related issues;— streamlining internal processes, supporting team's growth;— communicating with C-suite executives on a daily basis;— being a part of an international work environment;— caring out training sessions on graphic design, brand & visual identification (for co-workers as well as externally);— designing graphics elements - pictograms, illustrations, infographics, charts&graphs;— managing different time zones and tight schedules, working under NDA's.

I did only a few commercial projects (packaging design, websites, logos) before deciding to switch to IT and management as my professional career path. I've been, however, designing and illustrating ever since, mostly for fun but often also for work purposes.

Academic IT Festival (SFI) is one of the biggest IT conferences in Europe with averagely +2000 participants per edition, hosting influential figures from across the industry, both foreign and domestic speakers.I did my part as a co-organizer at the marketing team. My responsibilities included:— cooperating with 5 internal teams of the festival - coordinating many projects spanning over months prior to the event;— using different marketing channels such as radio, internet advertising, social media and OOH;— meeting tight deadlines.In previous years, SFI's speakers included, among others:Richard Stallman (GNU), Stephen Wolfram (WolframAlpha) and Håkon Wium Lie (CSS).

Part-time translating job. It mainly involved translating websites from English to Polish as well as the other way around.
