Major responsibilities: - Creates weekly social media posting plan and promo campaigns, including budget planning and content ideation- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including design department, product development, customer service- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter researches and monitors activity of company competitors - Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the social media publications- Video creation and editing for social platforms, presentation videos and LED display videos using After Effects and Movie Studio Platinum- Monthly reports progress to senior management

Responsible for updating and maintaining the company websites, search engine optimization, e-mail campaigns development and assisting the IT specialist with website design and maintenance. Main responsibilities:- Analyze the company websites’ positions on Google (Keywords Research) using specialized tools and compare them with the competitors;- Monitor and improve the company's online reputation;- Assist with ideas in the process of building and development of new websites;- Content writing to support additional website development when necessary;- Maintain and create Google Ads campaigns;- Create and send monthly email campaigns;- Develop and maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, Google Local Business;- Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO and social media trends and opportunities.

- Daily preparing tables of results analysis; - Ensure the best possible performance of the group regarding their goals on time with the best possible quality for the group;- Organize and hold weekly and monthly meetings for results analysis with the Team;- Finding solutions to the problems and overcoming them;- Plan in details for the accomplishment of the Goals, Vision and KPI’s;- Organizing proper reporting and management of all the activities and personal in the Team;- Motivate and coach permanently every individual in the group to ensure the individual development and best performance
