With TechQuartier as the consortial leader I supported the research project from the start with a consistent communication strategy and brand positioning. My task and responsibilities are:• Strategic planning and implementation of marketing and PR measures for internal and external communication• Coordination of communication and development of a community of ten consortium partners as well as institutional and associated partners• Support and maintenance of social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter), the intranet (COYO) and the website• Development of event formats and organization of virtual and face-to-face events• Moderation of events• Management and briefing of agencies and freelancers for graphic and video production• Budget planning and monitoring
