As Nordic Marketing Manager, I'm responsible for the marketing of all Bethesda game titles in the Nordic Region. An important part of this role is to establish relationships with brands, endemic media, and event organizers for partnerships. I oversee influencer agency campaigns in the region, and collaborate with local retailers and partners for activations. During my day-to-day, I brief media agencies with relevant territory insights and data, and I collaborate closely with the PR Agency and community managers to align marketing activities. Reporting on campaigns, our games as a service titles and evaluation of performance according to budgets in the Nordic region is also crucial. Internally, I work with our sales teams to increase sales in the region and it's in my interest to observe business trends and competitor activity. I have regular contact with our local first-party teams as well as with the European HQ teams. My knack for coordination has been key!

Unofficially I transferred summer 2018, and my role shifted to working with PR and marketing for multiple game developer studios instead of one. My primary job is to build and maintain relations with influencers in the gaming industry. I do this by attending major tradeshows, arranging meetings and local events. As part of Tobii's goals in the startup framework - "Make gamers love us" – I was a hub for influencers. In effect, using agile methods I coordinated everything from sourcing brand new relations, tracking KPI’s and negotiated contracts & NDA's - making sure content was produced online (e.g. on Youtube & Twitch) by independent contractors to drive sales, usage, page visits, and conversion rates. I worked tightly with Tobii's support, logistics and finance teams. I love attending trade shows such as Gamescom, and partnership events like MSI FanDay and Inet Techdays where I've presented and demoed Tobii's eye-tracking product. My forte is networking - and by helping influencers, media, developers and OEM's understand the technology I've helped grow the ecosystem. Retrospelsmässan is a recurring video game fair with sales located in Gothenburg. As Online Community Manager for Retrospelsmässan, I worked to engage and nourish the retro gaming culture on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts and had a part in updating the website throughout the entire year. 2017:April 29th, 2017. Bananpiren, Göteborg. 2016: The exhibition is temporarily on pause. 2015:Becoming a full-time crew member; meaning I'm involved in decisions and part of the planning process as well as physically putting everything together and taking it down the days of the exhibition. The main task managing social media, but also being featured and representing Retrospelsmässan in different media like papers, radio, and podcasts.2014:My role during the fair 2014 included reporting news by posting pictures and videos as well as connect with and respond to the online audience.
