* Elaborates and deploys the site Internal Communication Plan in order to support the Group’s strategy and the engagement of the employees.* Defines an editorial calendar at Site level and develops local content (messages, articles, interviews, presentations, photos, videos) *Lead the well-being at work and therefore engagement of people, both to connected employees and to production, non-connected teams.* Publish news highlighting the Site’s activities, events, results, people, etc. * Support the ongoing deployment of the Group’s Social Media Ambassadors Program* Coordinates the organization of the events and campaigns on site such as open doors, family days, employee sports competitions, CSR events (including Diversity) and Well-being at work.* Contributes to developing managerial communication on site through messaging and preparing presentations for the site’s top management and regular advice on communication topics
