As the Head of International Affairs at the Municipality of Querétaro, Mexico, I provided visionary leadership in advancing international relationships and opportunities for our city of 1 million inhabitants. Leading a dynamic team, I spearheaded the identification of strategic partnerships and the cultivation of connections with municipalities, organizations, and governmental bodies abroad, facilitating diverse exchanges across economic, cultural, and educational spheres. Under my guidance, we conceived and executed collaborative projects aimed at fortifying ties between our municipality and international counterparts, ensuring alignment with our local development objectives. Additionally, I represented our municipality with distinction in numerous international forums, conferences, and diplomatic gatherings, overseeing diplomatic visits and nurturing mutual understanding and cooperation. Through my proactive leadership and strategic acumen, I significantly elevated the international profile of the Municipality of Querétaro, Mexico, while fostering robust global connections.

As the Country Coordinator for EducationUSA in Mexico, I played an important role in advancing the objectives of this State Department program, which served as a cornerstone of public diplomacy efforts. Despite my youth, I provided strong leadership in overseeing a team and managing 19 advising centers spread across Mexico. My responsibilities included conducting training sessions for higher education institutions in both Mexico and the United States, focusing on internationalization strategies and fostering cross-cultural exchange. Additionally, I spearheaded the organization of a bilateral university fair, facilitating direct engagement between educational institutions from both countries. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as the Fulbright Commission, the US Embassy in Mexico City, and the Ministry of Education of Mexico, I coordinated efforts to enhance educational opportunities and promote mutual understanding between Mexico and the United States.
