I was the main point of contact for the alumni providing them with the information about the range of services availabe on campus and helping them to liase with relevant departments.I coordinated a series of professional networking events for NEOMA BS alumni, held in London, Geneva and Luxembourg.

I oversaw application process for Erasmus funding which included receiving and registering applications, monitoring progress and reporting via Mobility Tool ( EU scholarship database ).

I was assisting authors through the manuscript submission process. I was also providing technical support to journal managers, editorial board members in the use of online submission tools.As a French team lead I intergrated several innovations in relation to customer service processes, resulting in significant improvement of KPIs (from 87% customer satisfaction to 98%).
