Product Executive
Current* Products Management of a portfolio of an average of 25 to 30 products- Covering the following destinations: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.- Involving the following tasks: requesting room allocations; booking services such as guide, coach, and excursions; negotiating rates; loading rates and contracts; costing packages; managing relationships with local DMCs (establishing new partnerships with new DMCs for France, Spain, and Sweden); monitoring customer feedback.* Product development: - Revamping existing products such as Munich & the Black Forest (Germany), Northern Greece, Provence (France) - Researching and developing new products for new destinations, such as Alentejo (Portugal), Basque Country (Spain), Brittany (France), Cinque Terre (Italy), Corfu (Greece), Flanders (Belgium), La Rochelle (France), Loire Valley (France), Mallorca (Spain), Stockholm short break (Sweden), Zagreb & Opatija (Croatia)* Sales analysis:- Developing reports for weekly trading to measure sales trends and performance versus individual targets.- Creation of product database per Product team member, and associate sales analysis report for volume, revenue and margin. * Project management:- Leading the implementation of a new communication system (Zendesk) for the company, with planning, training, onboarding, and monitoring of each team.- Initiating the technical development of a new tour-loading process.
