Pauline has over 30 years of payroll and ledger management expertise and experience. She started off as a payroll clerk at Heathrow Airport before relocating to Gloucestershire with her husband. Pauline then went on to work for a variety of companies covering a number of different roles, managing accounts, payroll, credit control and even dabbled in a spot of sales. But Pauline found her place at Simplicity, managing the payroll department before moving to Together to manage the main operation.Pauline takes ‘organised’ to another level, implementing processes within her team to ensure they deliver the best results possible. She is firm but very fair and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty.Family means the world to Pauline, especially her little grandson. In her spare time she lives the ‘good life’ on her small holding, where she and her husband share a passion for animals and care for a number of animals, of all shapes and sizes.
