I am Pauline (b.1999), a German visual artist based in Rotterdam, primarily working with photography. I recently graduated in honors with my Bachelors in Photography from the Willem de Kooning Academy. My work moves in the space between documentary and fiction. With an intuitive approach, I focuses on exploring the complexity of human experience, investigating the relationship between the self and the spaces it inhabits and transforms. Through a performative approach, I integrate my body into my work and use photography as a medium to examine fundamental concepts of space, time, and the body.
