My primary role at Dale's was to implement and manage integrated communications across the various digital platforms to position Dale Alcock Masterbrand, New Home, Developments and Home Improvement as industry experts and leaders in the building industry. Key Responsibilities:• Management of the Masterbrand website, ensuring that functionality and content is up to date, optimised, relevant and converting to enquiry.• Ongoing liaison with the SEO/SEM agency to create, manage and review campaigns for the Dale Alcock Masterbrand and primary business units (New Homes, Developments and Home Improvement).• Development of all eDM communications across the three business units.• Produce content as required for blog posts, ensuring that it is optimised and in line with the content marketing plan.• Management of the social media strategy, including developing content, ad campaigns and maintaining all channels.• Coach and mentor new Sales Consultants on best social media practice.• Monitor and manage brand presence on third party sites, to ensure we’re responsive to any negative feedback. • Report on all campaign performance through Google Analytics to demonstrate business performance.• Present statistics and findings from our digital activity to the ABN board of directors quarterly.

Coordination and development of all marketing and advertising for 7 Lifestyle Villages in WA and VIC.Key Responsibilities:• Coordination of all Village events and B2B opportunities to drive growth objectives.• Development of all marketing and event collateral; inclusive of press advertising, programmes, campaign handbooks, Village brochures and signage.• Media buying both in WA and VIC, ensuring that rates were competitive and negotiating packages where appropriate.• Coordination of local radio and TVC campaigns, ensuring that content was retail focused and delivered on outcomes.• Management of all website updates through Sitefinity and Microsoft Dynamics.• Assisted in the development of the digital strategy, including briefing SEM campaigns through ourdigital agency and reporting on outcomes.• Managed Village specific Facebook pages, including generating content and driving remarketing campaigns to increase consumer base.• Creation of all eDM communications to external customers and internal stakeholders.• Management of the Village marketing budget including generating purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.• Monitored and liaised with relevant stakeholders in regards to Village appearance to ensure best practice.
