Ability Occupational Therapy provide a range of workplace assessment and vocational rehabilitation services including ergonomic assessments, worksite assessments, functional capacity evaluation and return to work planning. Pauline Robinson has delivered guest lectures on the topics of workplace assessments, mental health and chronic pain for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the University of Limerick and the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Clinic-based occupational therapy service focused on providing chronic pain treatment, mental health support, workplace wellness and vocational rehabiliation services. Worked as part of a multi-disciplinery team including clinical psychology and physiotherapy in this setting.

Worked in private practice with Creative Therapy Consultants providing case management and vocational rehabiliation services to ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia) for individuals involved in car accidents. This role involved discharge coordination, prescription of required home equipment, set-up of carers if required, provision of direct rehabiliation, return to work planning and work site assessments.I provided case management and coordination of return to work for employee's in a woodmill in BC during this period. This role involved close liaison with managers, the insurance company and employee; rehabiliation planning and worksite assesments.

Worked in a multidisciplinery Child Development Centre providing therapy to children and teenagers. Experience gained in working with children/teens with anxiety, autism, developmental coordination disorder and other developmenatl and neurological conditions.
