I have the fantastic opportunity to take on the Director of Operations role at 2i. As the organisation continues to grow I will be focused on building a strong, flexible and scalable HR, Finance and Resourcing function. Can’t wait.

I have joined 2i as Head of Account Management. In my new role I am responsible for the relationship management of a number of the 2i Testing clients. I intend to put my knowledge and skills to good use, gained through spending the last 17 years as a recipient of external testing services. This experience has given me an insight into the demands being placed on test teams today to help me and the 2i team deliver a tailored solution for our clients.

As a result of changes within the Development Centre. I now also have responsibility for the Implementation function.

I am Accountable for all Testing performed for National Australia Group, Europe. I have approx. 150 employees who work in a number of Testing teams - functional testing, non-functional testing, test environment management and test management. I have a team who help me deliver testing for all projects as well as looking at how we can continually improve our testing to be more effective and efficient.
