Pauline Smout is a Sustainability consultant at NewForesight at NewForesight. She is proficient in Duits and Engels. Colleagues describe her as "I have been working with Pauline throughout this year as we were both member of the committee organising the Sustainability Forum 2020, the biggest annual event focused on sustainability that takes place at Erasmus University. I was pleasantly surprised by how responsibly and effectively she performed her role of chairman of the committee. She always managed to coordinate our projects without loosing the focus on the end goals, establishing collaborative relationships with other organisations and motivating each member to work at his best. It was a pleasure to be part of Pauline's team and hopefully there will be other chances to work together!"
