My current organisational activities at the Children’s Hospital Trust include: Legacies: • Manage and develop a range of existing Legacy Pledges relationships, to ensure that notification comes through to the Trust or Foundation.• Nurture and develop new appropriate individuals with the aim of leaving a pledge in their will, both within the existing supporter base and beyond (new). Identify potential legacy prospects within existing database• Engage in conducting timely research and analysis for the Major Donor/Legacy Pledges program• Cultivate good working relationships with Estate Administrators• Donor visits with emphasis on retaining existing donors• Proactive approach to acquiring monthly donors• Prompt acknowledgement for donations received and donor queries• Targeted appeals to lapsed donors• Convert prospect Donors to pledgeso send tax certificates and letters, donor and family info, update Book of Remembrance list• Legacy Reports: Quarterly reports for Foundation & Board•o Managing all in memory donations to the Trust, liaising with family; creating individual engraved plaque, allocation of donations. Developing marketing material• Building and cultivating relationships with donors through, capturing donor information; calling first time donors; thank you letters to all first time and once off donors. Personal contact wishing birthdays, religious holidays• Secure new legacy pledgeso Identify Circle of Life prospects who regularly attend events, donate and build even closer relationship with them i.e. house visits, birthday cards and calls etc.o Encourage them to leave a bequest in their Will to the Children’s Hospital Trusto Nurture new donors who have pledged a gift in their will - Personal home visits, birthday calls, invitation to events; invite donors on a Hospital Tour• Hold and Speak at Circle of Life Tea Events:o Do Hospital tours, presentations and talks in order to demonstrates impact not just
