For the last 5 years i have been working as a Project Manager in defence and law enforcement supply projects. I have been supplying engineering equipment, training grounds and shooting ranges equipment, camps and temporary base service, tactical equipment and gun parts to Lithuanian army and law enforcement agencies. While working on this job, i had to coordinate the projects from the first step – preparing the documents to the tender, to the last step – installation and training. As project manager i‘ve visited international defence exhibitions and focused on current market trends.I have a master‘s degree in applied sociology, double bachelor‘s degrees in politics and philosophy in Vytautas Magnus University. After university studies i have also graduated from the Lithuanian Armed forces School as Motorized infantry Platoon Commander, where i got the rank of lieutenant. I have also completed several postgraduate study progrmas from University of Helsinki and Ostfold Univesity. From the very beginning of my work experience i have been working mainly with engineering, tactical equipment and specialized in defense and security products, which is where i am still concentrating. Both my work on defense projects and my service in the Lithuanian Armed Forces allowed to gain considerable experience in analyzing defense processes and project management. I also gained a lot of engineering and technical skills.
