Pauli Wade is an Atlanta native and a graduate of both Georgia Tech (BS in Management, 2004) and the University of Georgia (Masters of Accountancy, 2005).Pauli Wade is the wife of celebrity Craftsman, Chip Wade (Host of HGTV’s Elbow Room, HGTV’s Curb Appeal: The Block, HGTV’s Designed to Sell; expert guest on Oprah, CNN, Ellen, the Today Show, and more). Chip & Pauli have partnered together to create Wade Works Creative. With over 8 years of experience in real estate, both on and off camera, Wade Works agents bring expertise and experience no other agent can offer. Wade Works Real Estate Team also works closely with our design build team, to meet any of our client’s residential or commercial design, architecture, staging, styling, photography and video production needs.Before entering real estate sales, Pauli was an Audit Manager for one of the largest independent CPA and Advisory firms in Georgia, specializing in real estate, employee benefit plans, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Pauli still holds a CPA license and is knowledgeable regarding the financial reporting and tax planning issues regarding real estate transactions.Wade Works is devoted to using their collective expertise to help people make educated home purchasing decisions.Chip & Pauli reside in the South Forsyth area with their three children.

Pauli Wade joined Frazier and Deeter’s assurance services department in 2006. As an Audit Manager, Pauli’s main responsibilities included preparing financial statements, performing assurance procedures and documentation, consulting with clients, researching technical issues, and providing top quality client service.Pauli has significant experience performing assurance work in a wide range of industries, including privately held companies in the Real Estate, Employee Benefit Plans, Financial Services, and Nonprofit Industries. Pauli worked with a variety of institutions thereby developing a comprehensive understanding of the business and industry, consulting with upper management, project management, and assessing client risks.Pauli’s passion for learning helped initiate the development and implementation of the firm’s internal training program. In less than two years, a team co-lead by Pauli developed content specific for each position from new hire to manager, and sufficient to meet all CPE requirements with in-house trainings alone. Pauli was the lead developer and instructor for the audit staff, audit senior, and audit supervisor trainings. Pauli has also been a guest lecturer for the graduate audit course at Georgia State University. In the spring of 2011, Pauli facilitated and guest lectured for the undergraduate audit class at Georgia State University.Pauli also played a significant role in the firm’s quality control monitoring efforts. Pauli lead a team to ensure the firm’s adherence to quality control standards by evaluating and analyzing engagement documentation.
