Equipment Technician
Current- Perform preventive maintenance and conduct basic troubleshooting onequipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.- Manage spare parts inventory and oversee the control and cleaning ofconsumable parts to maintain adequate supply and operationalefficiency.- Assist in equipment upgrades, as well as the installation and startup ofnew equipment to enhance production capabilities.- Collaborate closely with Equipment and Process Engineering teams toresolve maintenance issues, improve equipment reliability, and reducedowntime.- Work collaboratively with the Equipment and Process group to executeimprovement projects aimed at enhancing cycle time, reducing defects,and addressing equipment alarms/errors within specified timelines.- Monitor and accurately record key operational data in monitoring chartsfollowing equipment preventive maintenance activities.- Uphold 6S standards and ensure excellent housekeeping practices inthe workplace, adhering to Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH)policies.- Contribute to the implementation of the ESH management system andensure compliance with regulatory standards.- Prepare comprehensive daily equipment status reports and facilitateeffective shift handovers to maintain continuity of operations.- Demonstrate flexibility in working shifts and willingness to adjust workhours to support team objectives effectively.
