Senior IT Manager responsible for PCORI's portfolio of IT projects and solutions including Salesforce and add-on solutions, SharePoint, Fluxx CMS, EasyGrants, e-Agree, and multiple custom systems. Primary duties included writing, reviewing, and editing documentation, supervising multiple project managers, budgeting, consolidating status reports and presenting to senior staff, strategic planning, etc.As Project Manager for the Army Equipping Enterprise System (AE2S) program, was responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a multi-year, multi-million dollar project to improve input methods and integrity of output data for the Army’s annual submission to the President’s budget. Responsibilities included interfacing with the customer to identify and generate requirements, functional analysis and verification of the systems and overseeing the deployment. Managed a matrixed team of engineers, QA/QC, training, verification/validation, and help desk personnel.

Responsible for the management of and service delivery for a portfolio of Unclassified Information Technology Network programs at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC). On each program, managed more than 25 employees providing network services and solutions to clients at the FBI and MCSC.

Managed network service delivery team consisting of approximately 25 direct reports and more than 100 remote, matrixed FTEs responsible for all network operations and infrastructure/user migrations to from the legacy network to NMCI.
