I am a deep, analytical thinker, an empathetic communicator, and a diligent worker. I believe in the importance of improvement through education, the benefits of managing compassionately instead of autocratically, and that an effective leader works to support their subordinates instead of dominating them.I put these beliefs into practice during my time in college by serving as a student tutor at American River College (2020-2021), by helping other students in my classes, both at American River College and California State University Sacramento, succeed, and by maintaining a high GPA in my classes. Now that I've graduated, I'm seeking a position where I'll be able to practice these beliefs in a professional environment.
