I am a Director of Product Management and Associate Partner within McKinsey's Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice, I have 15+ years of expertise in software, product, and technology.My role covers two primary responsibilities: 1. Head of Product for Periscope by McKinsey - B2B Pricing & Sales, including ~10 products, a team of five product managers, and 50+ engineers2. Advice to clients on product building, management, analytics, AI and technology, at senior levels (CPO / CTO, down to individual product and engineering teams)For the last five years I have been focused on B2B Pricing technology, in the Price Optimization & Management (POM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) areas, as well as Sales Growth & CRM Tech. My career covers multiple B2B and B2C industries, with a track record in designing, building, and deploying software products from inception, MVP, through to enterprise-level products. I find myself at home in Product and Engineering teams, but also extend to senior management, client development, software sales, and support processes as needed.I bring hands-on experience across the entire technology stack. I hold a 1st class Computer Science degree, and enjoy languages such as Ruby, JavaScript / Typescript, Python, HTML, and CSS. My tech experience extends to DevOps tooling (CI/CD, git, etc.), architecture design, web technologies (HTTP, SMTP, DNS, etc.), and the integration of ML tech, including GenAI LLMs, Supervised and Unsupervised models.Comfortable operating at CTO and CPO levels, I operate as a high-level strategic decision maker, and find time to make hands-on contributions as an individual contributor.
