Looking after the entire recruitment's for India & Dubai.Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionMonitoring vacancies in circle and actively involved in sourcing and hiring of good quality personnel for all HOD & below level positions within the TAT.Sourcing from Job Portals, Headhunting, Consultants, Internal & Personal references.Negotiation with the candidates & explaining them about the compensation structure & benefits.On boarding & InductionEnsuring smooth joining formalities & one day fast track induction for new joinees as per the guidelines on ‘New Employee Orientation’ set by Sheth Group.Obtaining feedback from new joinees to determine the effectiveness of induction program. Introduction to company policies, business, products & services, etc.Ensuring that Temporary ID card, Laptop, Stationary, Locker, Employee Handbook are issued to all new joinees.Ensuring that Email account & other user accounts are created for new joinees.Probation EvaluationIdentification of probation evaluation cases on weekly basis for employees completing three & six months & getting there developmental inputs, feedback on performance. Accordingly issuing the confirmation or extension letter.MIS & AuditResponsible for making daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly recruitment reports, source of applicant, cost of recruitment, audit reports.Administered Mumbai HRMIS on People Soft covering Job posting on internet & intranet, updating interview calendar, scheduling online interviews & notifying interviewers in Recruitment Module. 100% usage & its compliance.Vendor Relations & DevelopmentGetting necessary contracts signed & discussing the payment/invoicing and other terms with the vendor.Processing Vendor invoices like Recruitment sourcing fees for placing the candidates with Sheth Group, Pre-employment medical check-up bills, Video Conferencing for interview bills, etc.
