The Amazon Software Builder Experience (ASBX) organization was created to singularly focus on improving the experience for software developers across Amazon. Workforce Intelligence (WFI) supports Amazon's Workforce Staffing organization by transforming data into insights on high volume hiring. WFI leads and influences global workforce strategies that enable Amazon to scale more efficiently while also providing a unique voice for the hourly workforce.
